Section 61-78.1700.1705 - MenusA. Hospice Facility menus shall be planned and written a minimum of one (1) week in advance and dated as served. The current week's menu, including routine and special diets and any substitutions or changes made, shall be readily available and posted in one or more conspicuous places in a public area. All substitutions made on the master menu shall be recorded in writing.B. A Hospice Facility shall maintain records of menus as served for at least thirty (30) days.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-78.1700.1705
