Section 61-25.5-502 - Removal

5-502.11Frequency.

Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises at a frequency that will minimize the development of objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents.

5-502.12Receptacles or Vehicles.

Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises by way of:

(A) Portable receptacles that are constructed and maintained according to law or

(B) A transport vehicle that is constructed, maintained, and operated according to law.
