Section 61-25.5-401 - Mobile Holding Tank

5-401.11Capacity and Drainage.

A sewage holding tank in a mobile food establishment shall be:

(A) Sized fifteen (15) percent larger in capacity than the water supply tank; and

(B) Sloped to a drain that is one (1) inch (25 mm) in inner diameter or greater and equipped with a shut-off valve.
