Section 61-25.4-902 - Lubricating and Reassembling

4-902.11Food-Contact Surfaces.

Lubricants as specified under 7-205.11 shall be applied to food contact surfaces that require lubrication in a manner that does not contaminate food contact surfaces.

4-902.12Equipment.

Equipment shall be reassembled so that food contact surfaces are not contaminated.
