Section 52-703 - Parties to the ProceedingA. Upon receipt of a complaint, the complaint shall be captioned to show the name of the person against whom the complaint is filed as the Respondent and the person, if any, filing the complaint as the Complainant.B. The Commission may file a complaint on its own motion in which case the Commission's name shall be shown in the complaint as the Complainant.C. In any proceeding before the Commission, the Commission may take such action as it deems necessary and appropriate to accomplish the purposes and intent of the Act including dismissing, settling, prosecuting, and referring for indictment violations of the Act with or without the consent of the person, if any, filing the complaint.Added by State Register Volume 21, Issue No. 6, Part 2, eff June 27, 1997.
