Section 52-702 - Initiating a ComplaintA. A complaint may be filed against any person covered by the Act. B. Jurisdiction over complaints concerning a Probate Judge or candidates for the office of Probate Judge extend to allegations of the campaign practices, campaign disclosure, and disclosure of economic interests provisions of the Act. C. For purposes of the statute of limitations the date on which a complaint is filed in the Commission offices is the date the action is commenced. D. The Commission's Complaint Form is the official form for use in filing a complaint. The Form must be completed in full and contain a statement of facts concerning the allegations forming the foundation of the complaint.
