Section 12-502.4 - Execution BooksA. Description: Record of all final civil processes received by the sheriff for executions against property to satisfy judgements issued from the court. Information includes kind of process, when lodged, name of parties, debt and interest, attorneys' names, sheriff's receipts, date of levy, plaintiff's attorneys (Pre-1900 volumes may contain tax executions).B. Retention: (1) Pre-1921 volumes: Permanent. Microfilm optional.(2) Post-1920 volumes: 10 years, then destroy.Added by State Register Volume 16, Issue No. 6, eff June 26, 1992.
