Section 490-RICR-00-00-9.9 - Judicial ReviewA. Any Party aggrieved by a final written decision or order of the Board may file an appeal to the Superior Court pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-15. In the absence of a timely appeal to the Superior Court, the order or decision of the Board shall become final and no further administrative appeal may be taken.490 R.I. Code R. 490-RICR-00-00-9.9
