Section 490-RICR-00-00-9.10 - DefaultA. If any Party to an Appeal fails to answer the Appeal, or otherwise fails to prosecute or defend an Appeal as provided by this Part, or fails to appear at any proceeding before the Board, the Board may enter a default judgment against the defaulting Party, or take such action based on the pleadings or other evidence submitted by the non-defaulting Party, as the Board deems appropriate in its sole discretion. A challenge to such an order shall be made as a written motion for reconsideration pursuant to this Part.490 R.I. Code R. 490-RICR-00-00-9.10
