Section 250-RICR-40-25-1.5 - Allocation of FundsA. Available Funds: The total funds available for grants shall be determined in accordance with the formula provided in R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-25-6.1, by the number of pesticide products registered during the previous fiscal year, plus funds remaining from previous years.B. Maximum Grant Amount: The Mosquito Abatement Board shall set the maximum amount of a single grant for each application period. Such application period shall be determined by the Board. This amount, however, shall not exceed 50% of the total funds available.C. Funding Schedule: The Mosquito Abatement Board shall fund grant applications on an annual basis.250 R.I.
