Section 250-RICR-150-20-7.5 - Application ProceduresA. Forms and Instructions. Applications for grants shall be submitted to the Office on forms approved by it. These shall be available upon request from the Office at 235 Promenade Street, Providence, RI 02908, or at the Department's website at www.dem.ri.gov.B. Filing. Applications must be filed with and received by the Office within the prescribed period for each selection round.C. Recording. Applications will be accepted by the Office any business day between 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., up to the filing deadline, and shall be date and time stamped upon receipt. Applications may be hand delivered or mailed, and will be deemed filed on the date received and time stamped.D. Filing Deadline. The Director shall set a filing deadline for receipt of applications for each selection round. Applications received after the filing deadline will not be considered for funding during that round and will be returned to the applicant without prejudice.
