Section 250-RICR-150-10-5.9 - ApplicationsA. Any individual desiring to be certified shall file an application with the Board not less than thirty (30) days before the date of the examination, on an application form provided by the Board.B. The application for initial Rhode Island licensure shall be accompanied by a fee of ten dollars ($10.00). Once certified in Rhode Island, subsequent applications for higher License shall be accompanied by a fee of five dollars ($5.00). The biannual renewal fee will be ten dollars ($10.00). A technology/processing fee may be added to said application and renewal fees should an online payment method be used.C. The Board shall review applications and supporting documents, determine the eligibility of the applicant for examination and notify the applicant of the same.D.
