Section 250-RICR-150-10-5.8 - Issuance of a Provisional CertificateA. A non-renewable six (6) month provisional Certificate may be issued to a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, Operations Supervisor, or Shift Supervisor only in specific instances:1. Where the Board deems necessary, and;2. Where the Board is satisfied that such an individual is able to meet all requirements of a particular grade including, but not limited, to experience and education.250 R.I.
