Unless the terms and conditions of the Federal award indicate otherwise, this Part hereby adopts and incorporates subpart D "Post Federal Award Requirements" of 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.300 - 346 (2022) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations. Subpart D "Post Federal Award Requirements" shall not apply to non-Federal funds as a result of this Part.B.
