(a) The center shall provide to authorized agents of the Department full access to the center and its records during announced and unannounced inspections.(b) The Department will exercise its right to enter, visit and inspect for the following purposes: (1) To determine the suitability of the applicants.(2) To determine the suitability of the premises.(3) To determine whether or not any premises in fact qualifies as a center.(4) To determine the continuing conformity of licensees to the act and to this subchapter.(5) To determine whether or not other violations of the law or this subchapter under which the center is governed exist.(c) The center shall provide authorized agents of the Department with full and free access to the staff and clients and shall provide full opportunity to privately interview, inspect and examine the clients.
