Section 11.243 - Other inspections(a) The center is subject to announced and unannounced onsite inspections.(b) Unannounced inspections not based on a complaint will occur during normal business hours.(c) Unannounced inspections based on a complaint may, as determined by the Department in accordance with the nature of the complaint, occur at any time.
