Section 812a.13 - Dormant accounts(a) An interactive gaming account will be deemed dormant if there is no activity (logins, game play, withdrawals, contacts with customer service) for 2 years. (b) Interactive gaming certificate holders and interactive gaming operators shall provide notification to the player at the player's registered address (physical or electronic) if the player's interactive gaming account remains dormant for 1 year. (c) Funds remaining on deposit in an interactive gaming account which is dormant and for which the player has not requested payment must be abandoned 60 days after the notice in subsection (b) is provided. Interactive gaming certificate holders and interactive gaming operators shall report abandoned funds from dormant accounts in accordance with rules and regulations on abandoned and unclaimed property set forth by the Pennsylvania Treasury, Bureau of Abandoned and Unclaimed Property.
