Section 443a.4 - Bonding of trustees(a) Before assuming duties, a trustee shall execute and file a bond for the faithful performance of the trustee's duties.(b) The bond required under subsection (a) must be payable to the Board with sureties and in the amount and form as required by Board order.(c) The cost of the bond required under subsection (a) shall be paid by the former or suspended licensee.
