Section 443a.3 - Qualifications of trustees(a) A trustee shall be required to file an application for and obtain a principal license.(b) The Board may appoint a trustee and award the trustee a temporary principal credential under § 435a.8 (relating to temporary credentials for principals and key employees) when necessary.
