Section 6210.113 - Failure to correct deficiencies(a) If the facility fails to correct a deficiency cited by the Department's Inspection of Care Team or causes delay in the review process which results in a penalty being imposed by the United States Department of Health and Human Services on the Department, the penalty shall be imposed on the facility.(b) Failure to correct deficiencies in recipient care and services within 6 months following the receipt of the Inspection of Care Team's review report may result in the termination of the facility's MA Provider Agreement.
