Section 6210.112 - Failure to maintain adequate records(a) If the Department determines that the facility has not maintained financial and statistical records in accordance with the Department's regulations, thus preventing the Department from conducting an audit of the facility's records, the facility shall be notified, by certified mail, that it has 60 days to correct the problem.(b) The facility shall be advised that for failure to comply with the Department's notice, the Department will terminate the MA Provider Agreement, unless the problem is corrected within the 60-day period.
