Section 1017.35 - Failure to submit to field inspection(a) Upon instruction by an inspector, a taxicab driver shall stop the taxicab and permit the inspector to conduct a field inspection of the taxicab.(b) If a taxicab driver fails to permit a full field inspection, the taxicab may be placed out of service, as provided in § 1003.32 (relating to out of service designation).
