Section 15.91 - Rules of grammar(a)General. Generally, the ordinary rules of grammar apply to legislative drafting except that in a few instances a departure from common usage is desirable.(b)Statutory construction. The act (1 Pa.C.S. § 1923) provides that grammatical errors shall not vitiate a statute.
