Section 13.102 - Number, gender and tense
The act (1 Pa.C.S. § 1902) provides that:
(1) The singular shall include the plural, and the plural the singular.(2) Words used in the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter.(3) Words used in the past or present tense shall include the future.
