Section 839-001-0450 - Forwarding Wages and Direct Deposit of Wages at Termination of Employment(1) All wages due and payable at termination of employment shall be forwarded by the employer to the employee to any address designated by the employee when the employee requests the employer to forward the wages. (2) Unless an employee has made either a written or oral request that wages due be paid by check, all wages due and payable at termination of employment may be deposited, without discount, in the employee's account in a bank, national bank, mutual savings bank, credit union or savings and loan association located in Oregon.Or.
