Section 632-010-0190 - Gas Utilization(1) A permittee must not allow hydrocarbon gas to escape to the atmosphere except for short periods outside of normal drilling operations and testing or flowing wells during workovers or repairs when an escape has been preauthorized by the department.(2) Unless otherwise directed by the board, produced gas must be flared.Or.
