Section 581-017-0663 - Early Indicator and Intervention System: Eligibility

(1) The following shall be eligible to receive an Early Indicator and Intervention System Grant:

(a) School districts;

(b) Public charter schools;

(c) Consortia of school districts; or

(d) Consortia of school districts and public charter schools.

(2) A grant may include more than one eligible entity, but the fiscal agent must be one of the eligible entities identified in subsection (1) of this rule or an education service district.
