Section 581-017-0642 - Accelerated College Credit Instructor Grant Program: Eligibility

(1) The following shall be eligible to receive an Accelerated College Credit Instructor Grant:

(a) School district;

(b) Education service district;

(c) Community college district; or

(d) Public post-secondary institution of education.

(2) A single grant proposal may include more than one eligible applicant, but the fiscal agent must be one of the eligible applicants identified in subsection (1) of this rule.
