Section 785:30-5-8 - Voluntary surrender of permits

(a)The Board may accept the surrender of groundwater permits by the holder thereof. [82:1020.13]

(b) Forms for surrender shall be furnished by the Board, and the holder's signature thereon shall be notarized.
