Section 725:30-4-16 - Report of injury or damage

(a) A person involved in an accident resulting in personal injury or property damage exceeding $300.00, other than accidents reportable under 725:30-26-4 shall report the incident to the Manager or Ranger as soon as possible.

(b) Failure to report any incident in accordance with subsection (a) of this section is prohibited.
