Section 725:30-4-15 - Interfering, lawful order and false reports The following are prohibited in state parks:
(1) Interference, threatening, resisting, intimidating, or intentionally interfering with a Park Official engaged in an official duty.(2) Violating a lawful order of a Ranger when maintaining order and controlling public access and movement during emergencies, rescue operations, law enforcement situations, operations that involve a threat to public safety or natural resources, or other activities where control of public movement and activities is necessary to maintain order and public safety.(3) Knowingly giving a false or fictitious report or other false information to a Ranger or law enforcement officer investigating an accident, violation of the law or park rules. Knowingly giving false or fictitious information on the application of a Permit.(4) Knowingly giving a false report for the purpose of misleading a Park Officials in the conduct of official duties or making a false report that causes a response to a fictitious event.Okla.
