Section 710:65-13-331 - Sales to veterans' organizations for museums and memorials

Sales of tangible personal property or services to organizations which are exempt from federal taxation pursuant to the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the members of which are limited to honorably discharged veterans, and which furnish financial support to area veterans' organizations to be used for the purpose of constructing a memorial or museumare exempt from sales and use tax [68 O.S. § 1356(47) ]
