Section 710:65-13-330 - Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum

Sales of tangible personal property or services to or by an organization which is exempt from taxation pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C., Section 501(c)(3) and is operating the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum are exempt from sales tax.
