Okla. Admin. Code § 670:15-35-3
In addition to terms defined in 47 O.S., § 1-101 et seq., the following words or terms, when used in this Subchapter, shall have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Use of the singular term includes the plural, and use of the plural term includes the singular.
"Driver" means a driver licensee working for an employer as an operator of a motor vehicle, or driver licensee who has applied to an employer, as evidenced by a signed application for work on file with the employer, to work as an operator of a motor vehicle.
"Driver Status Notification System" means the web-based system developed by Service Oklahoma whereby an employer of a driver may be automatically notified, pursuant to a fee schedule established by Service Oklahoma, should the driving record of a driver reflect a traffic conviction in any court or an administrative action by Service Oklahoma which alters the status of the driving privileges of the person [47 O.S., § 6-117(E)].
"Employer" means an individual, organization, company or other entity employing or engaging drivers, including independent contract drivers, to operate motor vehicles, as defined in 47 O.S. §§ 1-107.1, 1-107.2, 1-107.3, and 1-107.4 during the course of employment.
"Enrolled", "enrolling" or "enrollment" means participation of a driver, as requested by the employer of the driver, in the Driver Status Notification System of Service Oklahoma.
"Subscribe", "subscribing" or "subscription" means participation by an employer in the Driver Status Notification System of Service Oklahoma.
