Section 535:15-3-19 - Three prescription files

Three prescriptions files will be kept as follows:

(1) Dangerous Drugs file,

(2) Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) - Schedule II's file, and

(3) Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) - Schedule Ill's, IV's, V's file.
