Section 535:15-3-18 - Pharmacy prescription drug purchase records(a) All prescription purchases (e.g. invoices, etc.) and inventory records shall be maintained and be readily retrievable for a period of at least 2 years. Invoices for non-controlled drugs may be maintained electronically. (b) A pharmacist and/or pharmacy shall exercise careful professional judgment regarding where they purchase the pharmacy's drugs to assure a safe and sanitary drug supply is maintained. Prescription drug purchases may only be made from entities licensed to sell such drugs. Okla. Admin. Code § 535:15-3-18
