Section 390:15-4-3 - CLEET oversight and program administration

CLEET shall require state-supported technology center schools and higher education institutions to complete an application for review and vote by the Council. Applications rejected by the Council will receive a notice providing a clear and concise statement pertaining to the reason behind the denial.
