Section 390:15-4-2 - Program administration

The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training shall provide a route to peace officer certification by providing state-supported technology center schools or higher education institutions authority to conduct courses of study which are designed to include and cover all CLEET mandated Basic law Enforcement Academy course objectives.
