Section 380:30-1-13 - Written notice

"Written notice" for purposes of meeting the requirements of 40 O.S. 165.4 does not include notices printed on a paycheck or paystub but shall be a separate notice conceding that either:

(1) no further wages are due; or

(2) a specified sum is due.
