Section 310:257-9-32 - Enclosed system, sloped to drain

A potable water tank shall be:

(1) Enclosed from the filling inlet to the discharge outlet; and

(2) Sloped to an outlet that allows complete drainage of the tank; and

(3) At least the capacity as specified in OAC 310:257-9-8.
