Section 260:60-3-4 - Provisions for exhibits and art exhibits

(a) In addition to the approval requirements of 260:60-3-3, all art exhibits exceeding ten (10) days shall be approved by the CPC prior to the date of the art exhibit. Art exhibits for ten (10) days or less require a state official sponsor.

(b) All exhibits, displays, literature racks, decorations, furniture, or equipment placed in the public areas of the capitol for a period exceeding ten (10) days require CPC approval.

(c) The Office provides information to a sponsor to seek CPC approval for exhibits and art exhibits upon request.
