Section 260:135-1-6 - Record fees
(a) A fee shall be assessed for each individual record or portion thereof and for the recovery of the reasonable, direct costs of mechanical reproduction, copies of records, materials, certification, searches, and other activities relating to records as allowed by law.
(b) The fees listed in this section may be stand alone or may be charged in combination. For example, a person may be charged a search fee in addition to a fee for photocopying.
(1)Fees for photocopying. A record produced on a single sheet of paper with dimensions of eight and one-half (8 1/2) pages by fourteen (14) inches or smaller:
(A) $0.25 per page
(B) $3.00 for a certified copy of a record, other than a motor vehicle report or a Collision Report.
(2)Motor vehicle report:
(A) $25.00 per report;
(B) $28.00 per report for a certified copy,
(C) Persons sixty-five (65) years of age or older shall not be required to pay a fee for their own motor vehicle report furnished by Service Oklahoma or a licensed operator.
(3)Collision report on file with Service Oklahoma:
(A) $7.00 per report,
(B) $10.00 per report for a certified copy.
(c) All fees are paid prior to delivering the copies, and if the request is for search only, the fee is paid before the person is allowed to review the material.
