Oral motions may be made during a prehearing conference or hearing. All other motions and requests shall be filed in writing and shall state the reason for the motion or request and shall include an affidavit of service to all other parties. Any response to a motion or request shall be filed within the time frame set by the ALJ at the prehearing conference. The ALJ shall ensure that the time frame set for the filing of motions, requests, and responses does not extend past the thirty (30) business day limit as set forth in Section 62 O.S. Section 34.301(C).
