Section 260:130-5-11 - Transcripts
(a) Hearings shall be recorded by digital recordings. The Civil Service Division's recording will serve as the official recording for purposes of creating an official written transcript. In accordance with the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act, Section 309 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, copies of the recordings shall be provided by the Civil Service Division at the request of any party to the proceeding. Costs of transcription of the recordings shall be borne by the party requesting the transcription.
(b) Any party desiring to have a hearing recorded by a court reporter shall request approval by the ALJ before initiating such action. The party making the request shall bear the associated expenses and costs and shall provide a copy of the written transcript to the Civil Service Division at no cost.
