Section 252:690-3-65 - Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of human health criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish Consumption beneficial use

Use the following effluent regulatory flows:

(1)Industrial. For industrial facilities, Q _e(30) is used as the effluent regulatory flow.

(2)Municipal. Q _e(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
