Section 252:690-3-64 - Implementation of human health criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish Consumption beneficial use

For the implementation of human health criteria for conservative substances, see OAC 252:690-3-64 through 3-70. These criteria only apply to receiving waters not designated as HLAC in Appendix A of OAC 252:730.
