Section 252:653-7-5 - Additional application requirements for other water delivery mechanism

In addition to the requirements of OAC 252:653-7-2, applicable construction, closure and proposed operating data shall be provided as part of the permit application for other water delivery mechanisms not contemplated by these rules. The applicant shall provide information DEQ determines to be necessary for the specific ASR project.
