¹On 7-22-02, this emergency rule was added at a different number (252:520-21-20 ) but the agency later changed the rule number to 252:520-21-21 in a 1-2-03 emergency action, which superseded the 7-22-02 emergency action. For the text of the emergency rule (at 252:520-21-20 ) that was effective from 7-22-02 through 1-1-03, see 19 Ok Reg 2896.

²This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the Section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-03 (after the 7-14-03 expiration of the emergency action), Section 252:520-21-21 was no longer effective.
