Added at 20 Ok Reg 494, eff 1-2-03 through 7-14-03 (emergency)2

1On 7-22-02, another emergency rule called "Eligibility requirements for waste tire baling plans" was added at this Section number (252:520-21-20). On 1-2-03, that emergency rule was superseded by another emergency rule with the same name, but numbered at a different number, (252:520-21-21 ).

2This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the Section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-03 (after the 7-14-03 expiration of the emergency action), Section 252:520-21-20 was no longer effective.
