Section 69-05.2-04-08 - Areas unsuitable for mining - Public information for designating lands unsuitable The commission will:
1. Make the information and data base system developed under section 69-05.2-04-07 available to the public for inspection free of charge and for copying at reasonable cost. 2. Provide information to the public on the petition procedures necessary to have an area designated unsuitable or to have designations terminated and describe how the inventory and data base system can be used.
